I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Unfortunately, occasionally an incorrect item is delivered. If this is the case, you should contact us as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the incorrect item to us. Please add the return voucher which can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
After receiving an UPS return label from our customer service department, read the instructions carefully. Once we have received the returned item, we will send you the correct item.  
Please understand that all returns should be approved by customer service and shipped by UPS only.
